Hervorgegangen aus der Bremer Reggae Band Suburbia Bass Culture ist Natural Parliament das neueste Projekt von Naloa Sain und Felix Boist die schon seit vielen Jahren in den unterschiedlichsten Formationen aus dem Bereich Reggae/Ska/Dub (wie Big Tree oder Soul Capt’r’us) zusammengespielt haben.

Wenn die Musik der sechs Mitglieder von Natural Parliament sich auch immer am Roots Sound orientiert, bleibt trotzdem Raum für Experimente und Ausflüge in sphärische Klangwelten oder Improvisationen. Dennoch bleibt die Musik immer groovy und tanzbar. Natural Parliament zeigen dass Reggae aus Bremen auch im Jahre 2008 noch präsent ist und den Vergleich mit anderen Städten nicht zu scheuen braucht.

The members of Natural Parliament are playing music and creating songs together for a very long time. But the real foundation of the band was in spring 2006 after the split of "Suburbia Bass Culture" in which 4 members of the band were part of. Now with 2 more guys they continue their musical vision in a new and fresh style with the "Natural Parliament".

The band is mainly influenced by Jamaica..s music, but the members musical backgrounds are far more diverse - Jazz, Rock, Funk, Soul, Punk all brought together by the love for Reggae music. All these different musical backgrounds combined form Natural Parliament..s very own sound - a strong foundation of Reggae but open for every possible influence.
