Fireheart-Soundsystem

Das Fireheart-Soundsystem, mit Hauptsitz in Paderborn, besteht offiziell seit dem ersten Dance am 16.09.2005. Davor wurde seit circa 2003, aus Spass (und darum geht es natürlich immer noch) in Peters Basement, dem Fireheart Hauptqaurtier, aufgelegt. Der Sound besteht aus 5 Members, Kevin (Selector), Peter (Selector/Lickshot-Specialist), Fusy (Selector/MC) und seit 2008 Grille (Selector) so wie Becker (Engineer/Lightsman).

Nach einigen Dances in Paderborn, hatten wir die Chance, Phut P (damals noch mit DJ Sly) bei der Hotta Fire Dance Reihe in der Cafeteria der Kulturwerkstatt Paderborn zu unterstützen. Aufgrund der postiven Reaktionen der Massive, wurde die Hotta Fire Reihe ab 2007 in den Kleinkunstsaal verlegt und findet nun, wenn zeitlich möglich, einmal im Monat statt. Wenn wir an den Wheels of Steel stehen läuft eine ganze Menge Dancehall und moderner Reggae, so wie Hip Hop Remixe und auch Soca. Natürlich vergessen wir, besonders weil wir ein recht junger Sound sind, nicht der Foundation Respekt zu zollen und spielen auch Rocksteady, Ska so wie early Roots Rock Reggae und early Dancehall. Unser Hauptziel besteht darin die Massive mit hochqualitativem Juggling zu unterhalten und sie zum tanzen zu bringen. Mit anderen Worten... IT'S ALL ABOUT VIBES!!!

The Fireheart Soundsystem, based in Paderborn,was officially founded on the first dance we played, which was .. that we used to juggle for fun (and that's what it is still about, of course) since about 2003, in Peter's Basement, which is the Fireheart headquarter. The sound consists of 5 members, Kevin (Selector), Peter (Selector/Lickshot-Specialist), Fusy (Selector/MC) and since 2008 Grille (Selector) and Becker (Engineer/Lights). After several dances in Paderborn, we had the chance to play with Phut P (at that time together with DJ Sly) at the Hotta Fire regular dance in the Cafeteria of the Kulturwerkstatt in Paderborn. Because of the Massive's positive reaction, the Hotta Fire dances were transfered to the Kleinkunstsaal of the Kulturwerkstatt and take place now, if time makes it possible, once in a month.

When we are on the Wheels of Steel a whole lot of Dancehall and modern Reggae, as well as Hip Hop Remixes and Soca too. Our main goal is to entertain the massive with top quality juggling and to keep them dancing. Of course we don't forget, especially because we are a quite young Sound, to pay our respect to the foundation and also play Rocksteady, Ska, early Roots Rock Reggae and early Dancehall.
